the way we have always run these is.. you pay.. you are in... if your car goes boom 2 days before.. its your responsibility to find a replacement.. so just bring $75 down on the day.. if someone's car craps itself.. give em the cash and have a drive..

the last 4 we have organised, each one there has been a withdrawal on the day.. so you may be lucky..

Will just be a rental car. I'll try at get an XR6 Falcon, at least i can turn the traction off and have some fun.

Definitely will if i can make it on time. Coming over for work to supervise a ship discharge and at the moment it is due around th 11-12 but, can obviously change due to delays and weather.

Would be good to catch up with some people over there before Toyota Fest.

I did it with an Aurion when i went up to Brisbane, although this was some 1/4 mile work. Did surprisingly well considering i had never done it before as well, did 15.1 and 15.3. As quick as they are in a straight line i know it wouldnt be as fun as a rwd car, even with a power and weight advantage.

The XR6 is way quickerer (well it feels it LOL) the new G series is quite spritely also.

I love rental cars hahah
