Default SA63 Quick Gear Boot/Shifter Qs

I picked up a SA63 Celica that Im stripping out and fixing up.

I need the boot shown as 33555. That image is for a MA61 tho, would that be alright for a SA63? (The exact gearbox has escaped me, but I think they are similar).

Secondly, how do I take apart the gear stick assembly to put on the new boot. I have this thick shifter that I cannot possible get that boot over without destroying it, so I assume there's a way to take the gear stick apart?

Lastly, I need one of these:

What are they called (they sit under the gear boot) and where can I get a new one? Will a MA61 one be the same?

    Ok.

    Ive done some further digging.

    The gearbox in a SA63 is a W55.Confirmed here.

Meaning, the boot will be the same as the one on a MA61, and the boot thing that sits over it.
