You'll notice that one of the drivers has a matching helmet to the car, in true rollerblading style. Thats brendan. Evil black helmet is me
Thankfully the tow home of adams car was better than the way there (aside from the obvious....), so we didn't have to drive at 70.. Just glad everyone is ok, in the end thats all that matters, it's certainly more than tipped the balance for me running a cage, thats for sure.
Otherwise, my best in brendans car was a 1:17.6, so i'm pretty happy with thatThink i was going to run faster in my last session, finally got clear of traffic and then spun out on the mirage's oil just after he blew his engine. Man that was confusing, i thought i took the corner pretty well, then suddenly understeered like a mofo, then oversteered, got all untidy and onto the dirt, which left me aimed towards a smoking mirage. Cuzzo, another set of helping hands here, should you decide to rebuild mate. Only advice I can give is don't sell anything just yet, put it all to one side, re-evaluate the whole situation and then tackle the big decisionsI had a previous car of mine attempt to kill me at speed when the tailshaft snapped & picked up the back of the car. Gave me a fair shake-up mentally, and changed some of my priorities as far as safety equipment goes, but the decision to rebuild became apparent on its own once some time had passed. Anyways, you obviously know what my eventual decision was

The V8 Celica really arced up in its own oil on that last lap hey! Looks as wild as it felt in the car!
Nice camera work Shane, good to get a perspective from outside.
