    Default Reprogrammed stock ECU

This is a call out to those Toymodders out there with a reasonable memory of when getting your stock ECU reprogrammed was all the rage.

I have an old Bigport 4AGE ECU that is marked with a label stating "Fueltronics - Techno Horsepower", and the ECU body has been painted black. The circuit board itself is not marked, however there is evidence that the Eprom has been re-worked.

This ECU has been running in a car that has always seemed a little quicker to rev, but the rev limit is at the stock RPM, and the engine is also quite tired. I have never had the car dynoed, so any sort of clue about the power output is purely based on the seat of the pants, which is about as accurate as....something not very accurate.

I guess my question is, does anyone remember a company called Fueltronics that used to supply re-mapped 4AGE ECU's? and an even longer shot is,would anyone have any info on the tune?

Or do I own a stock ECU with a pretty paint job and sticker

every fueltronics chip i have looked at has increased ignition timing across the board by 5 degrees or so and fuelling as standard.
