    Default AW11 coolant filling procedure

    Does anyone know what is the CORRECT procedure for filling the coolant in the AW11? (GZE if it makes a difference) I've googled, and got 10 different answers...

    Hi,

    Continue upto page 9 i think. It shows you in detail.


    Quick note, make sure you undo the drain cocks from piping near steering rack, when draining.Theres 3 bleeding points on the cooling system, bleed from the front to back. Ive also got a bgb on disc if you wanna check it out, but its no different for gze.

    Pour in some coolant flush...have the car idle or drive around for about 30 minutes with the heater on...
    Let the car cool down for about 30 minutes...
    Drain it all out via the cock located front rite...
    Replace cock back into spot..
    Put in coolant...start the car for a few seconds and add more coolant until full and thats it.
