Default JZX83 Heater Fan not receiving power - HELP

Ok, its coming into winter and i would really like to have a heater fan back.

I did the 2JZ conversion a while ago, and while thats all running reasonably for some reason its knocked out my heater fan.

Im not getting any power to the 2 blower pins, or the 3 resistor pins. But i do have power to all the motors to control the vents etc. In addition the AC button isnt lighting up when i press it, but i havnt wired up the AC compressor yet.
I have also already tried resetting the circuit breaker which is down in the passenger footwell, and checked the AC fuse. All to no avail.

    Wiring diagram is here: http://homepage.mac.com/rib_feast/Cr...ctrical_9a.jpg

    Any suggestions?

Have you checked the ECU-IG fuse? I'd be going through and checking all the fuses in the drivers side kick panel.

As said before, checked all fuses. If ECU-IG wasnt working then the car certainly wouldnt start.

Have you checked there is actually power getting to the circuit breaker in the passenger footwell? I've run into that on a jzx83 before, there was no power to the circuit breaker.
