1JZ Plug identification. NEED HELP!!!!

Hi guys, I'm in the middle of doing the good ol mx83 to 1jz conversion and I'm stuck on a couple of things. There are 2 plugs on the harness that I'm not sure about. Any help would be great! I haven't had any luck on the cressida forums, and have searched but cant find any info etc.



Now i think the 3 pin plug has something to do with the neutral start switch from the auto, but I'm not 100% about it. Its the 8 pin plug that i really need to find out what to wire it upto etc. Thanks.

I've got these that I've done up from an NA JZA80. Same plugs as you have (you have a JZZ30 1JZ?).

I'd check them, but this might be a starting point for you.

The easiest way to check is to use a multimeter to trace back the pins to the engine ECU.

i also have a delemar with the plugs to the auto box in my 1jz to mx83 conversion...

i have a jzx81 auto (same as the mx83 except the bellhousing is diff) the plugs are different to the one on the jzz30 loom and it appears to have a different number of wires... :S
