okies.
so ive blown the 100amp fuse 4 times now.
its in a jza70 supra
first time was when my alternator went.
second time my pod earthed on the alternator wire at the joiner.
then about 4 months later ??????????
then the next time i drove it ?????????
so i dont think its the alternator, cause i put a new fuse in and the car starts and runs fine, with a good amount of voltage (13+ volts)
i have checked all the wires and cabling to the fuse and alternator, and it looks all good
any ideas ??????????
its beggining to annoy me.
cheers

First you'll need to know what the 100Amp fuse is protecting ie battery supply to main fuse box, massive audio setup in boot etc. Then attempt to trace the line to see if there is anywhere it could be earthing out. If your alternator clapped out at one point it may of overheated a cable and melted off some of the insulation.
