you could use a CPL polarizer filters and vignette effect, play with the variation, exposure, colour balance and merge them in one.
Need a wide angle lens for a better group shot. Maybe next time.

Yeah I was hoping to get better wide angles shot but I was flat out and didn't even get the camera out

Thanks to everyone who put this day together it was choice, even though i drove all the way from Canberra and back with a side pipe (not recomended for highway use).
It was a great day, oh by the way i was in the smurf blue RA28, and thanks to everyone who posted up pic's got mad love for all of you.
