Had a slightly spirited drive home, which was fun. Of course, I kept her below 3500 rpm at all times.

Ahh damn you guys, I was so jealous walking around and seeing all those beautiful cars. And then to rub salt into the already festering wound Dave turned up with the gold car.


My wife coped an earfull the whole way home. She is strong willed but eventually she will give up and loosen the purse strings and let me have both a Classic and the GT4. The car I can't let go of and the car I can't live without. I can picture it now, my garage, a classic celica, the ST205. Beauty and the beast, sitting there like ying and yang. A world in harmony. A world with balance.

Sensational day fellas, thankyou to all who turned up and made it such an awesome day. Special thanks to all those that made it from long distances away. For me, this is the best event on the toymods calender.

It sucked that mine couldn't make it but will definitely be on the cruise next year and will be nice and fresh.

Whitchy's car had to suffice... It's actually surprising his actually made an event and mine didn't!! I had to drive though so I didn't feel completely left out.

Aye, it was fun along those roads, and if I had some wider rubber and a 3rd gear that I could down shift above 40kph (synchros are going on it) then I'd have a little more fun.

I had a blue ra28 with the side pipe in my rear vision for most of the trip there, was a pretty good drive with some nice corners and the location was great. Will definitely go up there for a bbq some time soon.
