Default What 1JZ to put in an mx73??

Hey people..Im looking to put a 1j into my mx73.Only problem I find in Adelaide is finding a suitable 1j to put in the 73,as jzx81 chasrer front cuts are hard to find now. What options am I left with now? Do I go a soarer front cut with a sump change?.What is the easiest option without resorting to a jzx81 front cut?. Thanks in advance..snitz.

the type of 1j doesn't matter, as long as you can find yourself a front sump.

only slight problem is that front sumps are the most highly sought, because they make the JZ engines fit in old toyotas

i used a jzx90 engine package, reversed the mounts, used a series 2 mx83 crossmember. that to me would be ur easiest option.
