We got the car started and it's running smoothly. Now it's time for a tune! The problem was that the EMS was wired to the wrong cam shaft sensor. After wiring it up to the other, the car started first go using the Soarer base tune with minor adjustments. It looks like igniters were wired up correctly too!

A few other things need to be looked at before the tune though, like the idle control valve and the boost controller, but nothing too major.
