ACT Supra Club dyno day

Hi all

The ACT Supra Club would like to invite you to our dyno day. If there are any CCG guys/gals that could not make the CCG dyno day, then I will try an make sure you get a run.

This date does clash with Shannon's shownshine. Details are:

Date: Sunday 22 March 2009
Time: 9:00 am
Where: Extreme Street Performance (ESP)
Address: Gilmore Road, Queanbeyan
Cost: $50 for members, $60 for non-members, and free for spectators. There will be a BBQ, so bring some spare change. You can pay on the day if you choose, but please send me an email/PM so I can put your name on the list.

I can now confirm that a photographer from the magazine High Performance Imports (HPI) will be attendance, so make sure your car's are nice and shiny.

Just a quick heads up that there will be a number of local Supra's that will be punching out well over 400 rw/kw, there could be a possibility that a couple of them will breach 500 rw/kw.

It really depends on numbers mate. At this stage we're looking at around 10 cars, with at least 6 of these requiring extensive strapping down. All 6 are expected to breach 400rwkw.

If anything, we will delay the start until we get enough cars lined up.

On a side note, if we win Cricket tomorrow then that puts us straight into the GF which is the day before the dyno day, so I could be late......

Sounds like you're gonna have to set a minimum power level to enter, cars requiring simple strapping or rubber wheel chocks just aint gonna cut it!

There's a possibility that there might be 3 built 2Js on the rollers with one with a rev limit set 10k rpm !!

No worries on if you want to head off early its only getting in late that the organisers bitch about...

We can put you close to the exit if needed.
