Regarding the soft parties, one is still at uni and doesn't think he can afford the time off, the other is a mechanic who is spending all his money on pricey gear for his Commodore.

I think both Nathan and I knew from day one that the chances of them coming were slim, regardless of how many times they assured us they were coming (I think they both even had the holidays booked).

Actually, until yesterday arvo I thought the chances were bloody high, was only a few weeks ago they confirmed it and were pumped. Ah well, not to be.
