Dude Jamberoo is the reason why I'm upgrading my brakes so soon, Picture a road with bumps down hill through a rainforest (trees right next to the road in a 2-5+m drop, then make that road 1.5 lanes wide no shoulder and have motorbikes coming around blind corners on your side of the road.

Then add to losing brakes 5 corners into the real road and then having it locking the rears as soon as you touch the brakes from then on. I backed off after another two corners and rolled the car down the hill for the next 10kms.

Any chance "the organisers" can finalise routes - I'd like to look at booking tickets/working out travel arrangements?! Thinking about going to Melbourne on the way there or back, so would like to know dates and times of travel itineraries?!

It'll depend what time we get to the city. I'll do some research at lunch as to timeframes for this sorts of stuff, then i'll start throwing out some ideas.

Nathan, at any point are we going to be camping ?

coz if we take a look at Chris's writeup on how to do the trip
im assuming we are driving out to kalgoorie then down a bit to the start of the nulla , then sleeping, then getting up early and going as far as we can ? but then what ? what if there are no motels etc....

just wondering as ill have to figureout how to fit in some camping gear or maybe just some hardcore sleeping bags and ill sleep in the soarer.... afterall its a LUXO barge
