cams for na stock 4age

hi all iv ot a question for all you tech gurus whats the longest duration cam you can put into a 4age running a stock ecu and head (jdm motor)
i have heard of a 265 being the biggest you can run on a stock ecu by Sprinterman68 himself but i called camtech today for an inquiry and they said that the 265 was the standard duration on the 4age im a little lost so this would be a great deal of help

my straight up question is whats the biggest cam i can just throw in my 4age and run btw i will be getting some adjustable cam gears so i can dial them in also getting a good exhaust system to suit i also do not care about how lumpy it is because its not like im gonna be driving it slowly cheers all

well i dont know the largest possible, but i do know that i put together and loomed up a customers smallport ae86 that had 282 duration intake and exhaust cams, stock ecu, the idle was much rougher than normal, put as soon as any throttle was applied, it ran beautiful!
