calling apon all 20v wiring experts!

Hey guys, I've just finished wiring up my blacktop into my ae92. I have attempted to start the engine and it doesn't want to run. The starter system is working and I can hear the fuel pump working. After trying to start the engine it almost runs but then nothing. I have checked for spark and its all sweet but injector 3 doesn't seem to be getting any voltage for some reason.... this is all the info I can give atm but ill be trying some stuff thru the night so any help would be GREATLY appreciated. EDIT: I have noticed a relay clicking noise when I switch on the headlights. so I switched the low beams on and tried starting the engine and it instantly fired. Seems like I must have wired up the connector from the dash a little wrong! Also disregard the part I wrote about injector 3, I re-tested and its fine. Such a noob :-p

EDIT 2: ok guys, I decided to start up the car before work to let it go thru its learn mode. After approx 1 minute or less as soon as the idle started to stabilize, it suddendly died and now refuses to fire. I have checked cam timing and its fine. Has anyone had this or any ideas?

20v doesn't have a 'learn' mode? when cold the ecu will just do idle control and run rich.

the "doesn't work unles lights are on" suggests an earth somwhere is floating - likewise a sudden stop suggests something vibrated loose and disconnected.
