'Twas a good show indeed, first time I've come down for it. If the car was a lot cleaner (needs a wash badly after the mud-rain we had last week) and tidier I'd would've considered entering it, maybe next year once I get the interior re-done, suspension sorted and hopefully an FX-GT bar

Also disappointed that the TE27 wasn't on display, but showed g/f the photos of the 5 AE111s for sale and she's kicking herself she wasn't there.

And apologies for the slow choice of prize in the raffle, that's the problem with winning on an early draw, too much to choose from

Had a great day. I was stoked coming first in the pre 1970 class. The Crown was looking particularly good that day...lol.

Sucks that you were parked with the back right up against the wall, nobody could see that sexy arse on display.

Left my camera at the g/f's place last night, so I'll get mine up when I get it back off her.

It was a good day, great cross section of toyotas too. Dave and I hope we''ll see some of you at the Toyota Nationals too.

Added bonus was 2nd place 'Best Interior' trophy I got, as I certainly wasn't expecting it.

Big thanks to Al for the day and his wife for organising the food for the hungry hordes.

    Great day all around.

There was someone there that drives an MX83 with similar plates, he had a BIG camera and seemed to know what he was doing, anyone know who that was ?

That would most likely be the freelance guy that does work for Aust Classic Car. I think he shot River's RA25 GT for the feature. He may even be a forum member.
