13b 550 injectors into 4ag manifold "help"
hey fellaz im replacing my 440's to 550's and i have the yellow pintle cap if i were to replace that yellow cap to the older 13b pintle cap could i use the original style rubber seal in the manifold, or is there another way around this.

As long as the top and the bottom of the injectors are the same size there shouldn't be a problem. You wont need to put a pintle cap onto the 13b injectors the will work fine without.

thanx 3bar, the top is the same size but the bottom (nozzle) is alot thinner than the 440cc 7m injector. Ill get pix tuesday, ill sort it out.

it turns out that my 13b injectors had holden 304 pintle caps so i got some 13b ones and there a poifect fit.
