Dood...you will need to run the injectors that suit the ecu. i.e. the GTE ones, as the ecu will be set up for that size injector.
Hi guys I’m going to be running a 7MGE with 7MGTE electronics(KARMEN VORTEX, COIL PACKS , GTE ECU, GTE Ignitor and Cam position sensor) now my issue is I will be using the 7MGE Injectors which I believe are High impedance correct? And originally the 7MGTE injectors were low impedance that’s why they need the resistor pack for the ecu. My question is will it be ok to run the 7MGE injectors with the 7MGTE ECU and how do I bypass the res pack plug or can I just leave it hanging there??? Before anyone says GTE ecu can run a 7MGE engine its just it will never see +boost. Bad luck for me I guess lol

Man 7mgte injectors on ebay for 60.00$. Check it out.
leave the whole setup as is - as Cruzida has said elsewhere - the GTE ecu will have engine maps that cover vacuum and boost manifold pressure.
Also - 7M-GTE MX73 is 100% correct and if you used undersized injectors, you could run the motor lean (even when not boosted) and bork it.
carlo, i still have a full set of 7mgte injectors laying around if you perhaps need a set? might make things easier for you, because running undersize will cause lean out.
