3S differences
To start of I just want to make it clear that I have searched the forum +old forum + googleI have found some answers but still got Q....
Im trying to get some info on the differences between a GEN3 3SGE and 3SGTE engines, obivously the GTE is turbo
- BLOCK, Is there any difference between the two blocks? Are they basically the same apart from bolt holes etc? does the 3SGE gen3 have oil squirters? I imagine the oil pump between the two would be different, can u swap and change to the higher volume pump?
- CRANK, Is there any difference between the two cranks? I have read that the only difference between the two is that the 3SGTE crank has been linished is this correct?
- HEAD, Is there any difference between the two heads? I imagine cams are different but do they use the same HG, valves etc.
I know there are differenent gens with the 3sgte so just want to know what people know between X gen 3SGTE and gen3 3SGE. Any info what so ever to puzzle my mind would also be appreciated.

Guess I wasn't searching what I needed to search for.... Sorta helps but would like to try an get more info.
