hay evey1 i have a few questions on my 4age flywheel and toymods blokes know their stuff so here it goes
1. i have got a lightened flywheel i believe from toda i baught it from Sprinterman68 i weighed it up on my precision scales and it came up as 5.5 kgs but want i want to know what it the weight of a standared 4age bigport flywheel
2. 2nd question is how do i know the size of the clutch kit it uses i now the 4ages can have a 200mm clutch kit and a 215mm is this measurment taken from where the clutch plate bites the flywheel?
1. probably around 9-10kg...

That's not a Toda, Toda have the ring gear machined as part of the flywheel, Toda also weight less, 3.7kg for 200mm ultra light, 4.4kg for 212mm light weight.
1. My old AE82 4AGE Bigport flywheel weighs in at 8kg.Originally Posted by pen15
2. The measurment is take from the outer of where the clutch plate contacts the flywheel. See pic of my lightened flywheel (4AGE AE82 Bigport 200mm)

..
hope you have a scatter shield?
why did you remove material from the area that needs most strength, and has least inertia?

i might be wrong but im pretty sure you are looking for a 212mm clutch not a 215.
^^ it can be referred to as either. but yes the surface area is 212mm.
