ST185 Celica GT4 outers fit a GZE AW11 MR2, so that would be a good start

you need to know if the gearbox has LSD or not.
The driveshafts a different for each type.

You will have to buy them second hand.... which is kind of a "good luck" mission really.
    ...... butt scratcher?!

Are you only after the outer joints? As in you already have drive shafts and want to know what joint to use to connect the GZE shafts to stock corolla hubs?

If the above is what you're doing then GT4 or VZV21 outer joints are the go.

sorry to hijack the threat but im looking at putting an lsd gearbox in my aw11 4agze.. with my box the wrecker has unbolted the shafts but left the cv joints that go through the gearbox itself.. the axles will bolt up to these no problem?

If they've unbolted the shafts then what you're talking about being left are the "tulips" that bolt up to the CV joints. A set of GT4 shafts would bolt up to these and fit into your hubs however they are too long to work correctly by a few mm on the short shaft side. SW20 shafts are the right length for the short side and will bolt up to the tulips you have but the outer joints will not go into the AW11 hubs, however the outer joints off the GT4 shafts will go onto the SW20 shafts to make a shaft the right length. The long side shaft however I do not know of a solution for you.

My advice is to get friendly with a CV/driveshaft rebuilder and get him to make something up for you. I've got my shafts for my 3S AW11 made by Bob Drive, while he may not be Mr professional the shafts have all worked fine and been good value for money even when I just sent in a shaft and said I needed the same thing but 12-15mm longer.

hey guys thanx for all ya help, i ended up findin shafts that fit, they actually ended up fittin perfectly.. got absolutly ripped for em tho, payed 800 for the pair tries to bargain wit the guy but he wouldnt budge so i just fuckin paid it needed them asap haha me n my mechanic initially thought that it was lsd but the cv guy said he didnt think it would be because of what model car it came out of, so we made a deal to take the shafts and see if it was lsd or not, if it wer n the shafts didnt fit to take them back and he would swap it to lsd inners.. but they ended up fittin.. the passangers side fit perfectly n clicked in but the drivers side fits but doesnt actually click in, its held in buy the bracket only...

    thanx again guys

Hey if it's any consolation (and it isn't), befor I found out about the ST185 GT4 out CV joint being match, I paid $500 + freight for the long driveshaft for my MR2.
All because the bastard mob I had replace the wheel bearing, tightened the nut up so tight, it eventually sheared the thread off of the joint.....

    Don't over tighten those nuts.

That wheel bearing lasted less than 2 years before it desintigrated. I replaced the other side soon after I got the car and i's still going strong (4+ years)

Also, check the condition of the splines in your wheel hubs. They can get rusty and (as 1 of mine was) have splines that look very sharp. This causes the CV joint shaft to rotate just enough to cause the CV joint nut to eventually loosen. Despite the locking nut/tag/ring /thingy.
