    if you really want captive springs, just use helper springs dammit!!
    or just shorten the coilover springs..

    i have 50mm shortened struts and when my apexi 7kg springs are *just captive, the car is at a decent low ride height anyways. but im still going to go lower..
    also, camber is what you want.

    Yes, 3 degrees neg camber. I went from 2.5 to 3 and that made an improvment. The understeer is cancelled out by a clutch pop most of the time, but having to balance the understeer/oversteer via the clutch doesnt leed to the smoothest drifting.

    try to balance the car though the suspension tuning. if you have adjustable braces, make the front a bit softer to get rid of that understeer (or the rear a bit harder). same with springs. or you could get some better or fatter rubber on the front (even if it's just the tyre size)

    edit: OR put some sigma LCA's in-the extra track and mucho camber will help greatly.
