Harden up, track queen! You can back your trailer down the cliff and unload there

Or just roll down to the dyno, have your run, then lay a fat pair of 11's up the driveway, no clutch slip required

LOL 'track queen' 1st time i've heard that call

I suspect 2nd scenario is the most likely but if ESP are cool with that i'm game

Your only competitor would have been the other 2JZ, everything else was of much lesser capacity.

    What does yours make Nerm?

To have looked "awesome" you'd want to be pumping out more than 300rwkw from a 1J or350rwkw from a 2J, anything less from either is nothing interesting. Nice, but not interesting and certainly not awesome

The Skyline ran, but only recorded 198awkw. Not an accurate reading because the dyno and the ATESSA system didn't get along very well.

Power graph was all over the place! Rollers kept trying to grab the tyres.

It is a stocker though, so was never going to beat the 2jaaayyyyyzzzzzeeeeeeee. In the future maybe a different story

It's all relative Nerm and for what you've got done to the JZX100 that's a nice figure and would be nice to drive no doubt

The power of any one car can only be determined as impressive or not by taking into account what/how it made that power

Plenty of cars run "low" numbers but when you see the size of the motor or the fact it was naturally aspirated it can make that low number actually seem fairly impressive.

Simon's 2J Aristo makes some very healthy power for very little mods, Rodgers TA22 makes some very healthy power for an NA sub 2L 8 valve motor. Both impressive in their own regard but to someone making a quick glance at results for outright figures they may not appreciate the significance of what they achieve.

Then you've got cars like Justen's and Ross's where the numbers they turn are impressive regardless of whether or not people are interested in the work behind them. Pity they both opted out this time
