I have been asking around Canberra if somone can fab up a number of the OEM Mikuni levers. My real working life used to use a compay here that would have suited but they no longer do small production runs.

I could supply you with what you need, use them as a sample to show your mate and I could be up for a small quantity of around 10 of each type.

I have what you need. A complete Mikuni OEM kit; two levers, two spring hanger brackets, two return springs, two idle speed screws and springs and bracket mounting screws. All new.
