you would need to know the year at least so you could work out the width, how much power are you looking at making a g series maybe to big for a lil ke35??
Hi there
Doing the diff/brakes/suspension thing for my KE35. R32 GTR disks and calipers arrived today (yay), so next on the list is the diff. I'm eyeing up the hilux diff listed here, not sure what model hilux it's off but it seems to be ideal.
The question is, am I better off to use the rear GTR calipers and disks (that use a disk over drum setup for the handbrake) or ditch them in favour of something else? I'd like to use the GTR ones if I can, a) for brake balance and b) because they're sitting in the garage. Any comments would be appreciated.

1350mm wide, I asked a question down the bottom of the page (on the mrs' dad's trademe account- skux). I'm going for a bit of SR20det action, which, after a bit of work done on it, would warrant a G series diff. I think, anyway.

damm I'd love that
You'd be surprised you could ge taway with a F or even a volvo diff.
Other than that the MA70 rear disks on the G has been done plenty of times and is documentd on here.

I saw that, but what about brake balance though- 4 piston up front and 1 in the back? It would be ideal otherwise.

It's not the number of pistons which matters, it's the combined surface area of the pistons - and you'll find that's nearly the same as MA70 calipers so brake balance should be fine.
