1MZ-FE no running help

Guys parked dads camry last night and all was well

went to start it today and it was a no go just stalling. got it started holding the throttle open.

Now dad says that it idles normally at 800rpm, its idling today at 300-400 mark.

I found one vac line off the one from the charcol canister to the inlet. however nothing else seems loose etc.

Any ideas??

check that the egr valve is not stuck open
It happens quite a lot on the 1mz fe and can cause it to run shit like that
