    That should be OK mate.
    I'll bring the UHF...on channel 5
But try and call first, like call me from work and let me know where you are gonna
be before we get really into it and we can probably meet you.
Either that or how do people on here feel about a 12:00 midday tee-off? on the Sat??

    Cheers,

    Hi all,

Well 4 trucks turned up yesty - actually 3 trucks turned up - PJ and Andrew in a patrol, Mick and his lovely girlfriend Lauren in a hilux and myself and my missus Bronnie in my patrol - we were waiting for Bart our fearless leader to show..... about an hour late we figure he was lost on the way to his own meeting point... hrmmm

then the big hilux rolled up and we were on our way....

Was a sweet day a very constructive feel and encouraging way to improving our skills...

PJ's excitement for mud was a classic - leading to blocked radiator and airfilter
    nuthin we couldnt sort...

Eventualy we were stopped by a big rock ledge, which we managed to get barts truck up, with the idea being to snatch the rest up.... but a bigger ledge round the corner led us to turn tail with the fun of gettin the big lux back down the rocks...

Bart made it look easy - though we did hook up a hand winch for safety incase he wanted to roll of the edge and down the cliff.

Myself and the missus were gunna camp up there - so the boys left and we settled in for a good feed- and crawled into the back of the truck....
11.55pm 2 trucks roll down the hill..... 7 guys in them and stop where we were staying, then moved off down the track we had been on all day - which we knew was a dead end...

I figured these 2 trucks were not serious enough to be out night 4x4in so probably were misbehaving - perhaps tending crops or burning stolen cars....

i figured discretion was the better part of valour - with only me and my girl to look after so we high tailed it..

Any ways - a few pics....

Bart and his truck Flexin up

PJ giving the rock ledge a belting....

Mick in the almost unstoppable hilux (when are you fitting that locker??? )

And my patrol testing out my new suspension - note Nitro and Roxy riding in the back for moral support....

So all in all a great day, learnt heaps about the capabilities of me and my truck.
Thanks to those that came, and a big thanks to bart for organising it all...

    Cheers

    Heya,

Yeah i have more pics... bart took some too.

I might go to tuff truck - i went to the nissan trials in 07 which was awesome.

As far as where it is- milbrodale is not listed as a suburb i dont think - i had to go through there to the nissan trials - but milbrodale road is out the back of cessnock heading toward singleton... so it will be out there somewhere...

    cheers
