engine swap, 3sge into sv21, 3sfe

hi all, im just wondering what wiring problems i may encounter swapping out the 3s-fe to a 3s-ge from an early celica st162 ??? something like that has anyone done it and i want to keep stock computer for now ????? please help. the stocker is on its last legs
