Using GT40 coil with Electronic ingition module?

Hey.

Can i use a regular bosch GT40 coil with a electronic ignition module, namely, falcon type?
Are here any differences? Reason being is that i have a tonn of the gt40's sitting around here that are fine, but dont want to fork out any more coin for the falcon coil.

In my experience I would not recommend it. I had a problem with it missing at high revs.

Standard car , no problems , a GT 40 will put less load on the igniter than the propper coil . You may reduce the spark output a bit but on a stock NA car it shouldnt cause any probs.
