motor is built forged pistons,con rods, crank has been dun 12psi pully spins wheels all theway to 4th no truble but i what to put ar turbo on it i what more power

if your spinning the wheels all the way to 4th, maybe you should look into some better tyres and suspension set up, before you get a turbo that is going to only add more HP to your already tire smoking monster.....

i found it about 1 week ago on there but it could be sold....

they dont still make the HKS kit unfortunaly, and they are normally rare when they do pop up...

if you search a member on the forum his name is FERAL4MR2

he has done a twincharge conversion before, send him a PM and im sure he can answer a few of your questions...

also use the search feature and search it on the forum, you will be surprised what you find...

i considered this for my AW11, but the cost, complexity, and ancient design of the SC1# superchargers made it a waste of time. Either buy an Eaton M90 (or a whipple...mmmm...whipple) supercharger and make that bastard scream, or get a good GT28 series turbo. Less weight, same power, and I bet the response difference would be so marginal...

That said, if you wanted to do it, the easiest way (by far) is to use the turbo to blow into the SC (with an intermediate chargecooler if you wanted one), and set the wastegate on the turbo to your desired max pressure. The SC will always build a static amount of boost, and the turbo will spool at a certain level and give you a top-end rush. The main advantage (that I see) is that there's no transition where you SC switches off and the turbo takes over, and the plumbing as as simple as possible. Also, the wastegate on the turbo will always regulate boost so that you don't ever over-boost the engine, and the motor will respond basically as a much bigger turbocharged engine (IE if you have a 1.6 on 14psi from the SC, the turbo will see that as a 3.2L motor)
