    OK, some more updates.

Firstly, the entry forms mention that you need long shirt, trousers and a motorsport helmet for the Motorkhana event. This is not the case, as it's not a "high speed" event, more of a technical one.

The only requirment for the motorkhana is closed in shoes and a car that obviously meets the CAMs requirements for the scruinteers(basically good working order, throttle return, no fluid leaks etc.).

On another note, just seeing how the website was going in term of google, and hey we are number 1

Also, our event has been trawled onto all these other websites, dunno if Toyota Marketing or Dubbo City Council put it out there or what, but it's everywhere...it's just a cut and paste from the front page, but there could be some increased spectator numbers this year.

    http://www.flightcentre.com.au/world...yota-nationals

    http://www.visitnsw.com/town/Dubbo/3...nals/info.aspx

And more I can't be bothered cutting and pasting

Get those entry forms in to make Danaes life easier closer to the event, please

We are taking a bus with half a dozen or so people onboard. (willing cars seem to be in short supply this year)

Can't speak for Toymods, but Toyota Car Club.net will be, and we are offering a discount for non-SA based members that will be entrants in the motorkhana

Will the khana run as wheelbase classes as per CAMS events or some other Nats classes?

The event will not be based on wheelbase, but on cylinders (and most likely drive), which in terms of Toyotas is close to a decent wheelbase comparison anyways (and means that say a late model corolla is not compared to a Supra which on wheelbase alone they would be).

    ie:
FWD 4cyl = small corolla or similar size.
RWD 4cyl = smallish celica / corolla or similar
AWD - Always a class of their own
    FWD 6cyl = Medium size
    RWD 6cyl = Performance cars
8+ cyl = Class of their own.

Note that this is still to be confirmed due to some 'dolts' typo (dolt being me).

Also, lack of wheelbase means one less thing required for scrutineering, and thus reduced time, leaving more time for the fun stuff (ie: driving).
