Its not going to make anymore power as the ST heads have smaller ports than the BT heads. So basically the TB's will be larger than the head ports, it will be a bottlenose effect.

screw both those options and either spend the money you have on a set of cams for it OR sell the BT gear you have and put it towards a set of cams

i have seen it done with the black top throttle boddies on the st head it was done in townsville at my mates machining shop they opened up the inlet ports slighlty and it worked fine but black top cams is a waste of time spend the extra cash on a good set of cams, they arent to hard to find know a days

blacktop ITBs waaaaaay too big for stock/near stock 20v
in fact some ppl have found an improvement running the silvertop ITBs on race modded black tops. of course the best race 20v is a silvertop
theres a reason TRD use the blacktop ITBs on the 3sge altezza TRD engines.
