Does the membership number on the card have a 1 pre-printed on the card and three numbers or is it just the three numbers?

I have sent in a application and money order a few months ago.
And havent heard anything. i contacted the board quite a few weeks ago via email and they have recieved my app and money order. Not too fussed about the package just really wanted access to forums as need to buy and sell stuff to finish the car off.

Dont know if this is the right thread or if you can help.
