Is your Club membership renewal or application outstanding ?

So when I send in this year's renewal, should I include a note about previous membership/renewal??

EDIT: and is there anywhere I can download a 2009 renewal form?? Or is it being sent to me via snail mail??

Ok, opened my keyboard a few hours too early, renewal letter was in the letterbox when I got home. My question now is... what is my membership number?? (please let it be 2328 or 2823 )

I've had 2 phone calls from members who either don't have a forum account or don't have internet that got their AGM Pack but haven't yet recieved their membership packs.

Slightly embarrassing, I sent my form and cheque away today in the post, just realised I forgot to put my membership number on it as I couldn't find it at the time. Can whoever receives the form please make a note of it?

I'd like to renew for this year but I can only see the 2008 form on the website.
I also never received anything from the original pack (Stickers, shirt, member card etc.)

Phobia and Gavatron,

The "new" (second hand) PC for home is being picked up on Monday evening all going well and the Data from the failed hard drives in the old PC is apparently being put in a caddy for soon as the new PC is up and running. FIngers crossed we will be back in full swing by next Saturday when someone with half a clue about Computers can sort it all out.

Short Answer - No problem at all on getting thos out to you real soon. I will get River to check the PO box late this week instead of waiting till the next club meting (It normally gets emptied once a month before the club meetings)

There should be some updates in this thread real soon and we can finally get on top of everything. Huge thanks to everyone for their patience and we will get back to each of you one at a time to sort out the finer details.

River keeps a seperate track of every cheque/Money order and cash sent sent for membership when he checks the PO Box so if it was sent and actually arrived we will have it on file
