    Default Crank case ventilation

    Hi just a quick question,
should the hose off the cam covers for the crank case vent go before the turbo or after the turbo when venting back into the intake or does it really which way?

    thanks

before the turbos - you want to evacuate the crank fumes during boost - as that's when you'll generate a lot.

O,ok thanks for that. Why is it bad to vent after the turbo? How come on a standard 4age plenum it vents after the throttle?

I would go with before the turbo myself

4AGE is N/A and hence the intake isn't pressurised (like it would be on a turbo car). Can you imagine a big fat air pump (turbo) working against the crankcase pressure ... ? Just going to pressurise things worse!

because a 4age doesn't pressurise the inlet manifold.

No idea actually, paint it black and I don't think it'd be a problem, as long as it's secured well.
