Default ae 101 4agze turbo problems

hey guys yeah i had my engine at tdc #1 piston with my inlet closed and my exhaust open timing set to 10 degrees before and after and manys other settings and cant get my car to turn over. its cranking and there is spark and fuel going in onto the piston an there is compression but just wont turn over. i thought maybe it might be getting flooded because a wire on my tps had broke off as i found but soldered that and still same things its does back fire first if i let it sit for ages then try but when i try to keep turning it over nothing. it has been sitting for 5 months and i can see the fuel going in onto the top of the piston.

could it be bad fuel?? or hopefully just a sensor somewhere thats at fault maybe the map sensor?? i havent touch my tps other than solder the wire back in could settings be out for that??

You should have #4 with valves "rocking" to be firing on #1 turn the engine over 1 turn and refit the CAS
