Buy supercharger, mount and plumb it, get or make up some pulleys of the right dimensions so blower spins at right speed, make sure you pressurise the carby correctly (if you're going with a blow through setup) and alter the advance curve on the dizzy. Bmak supercharged a carbed 5K - PM him.

Bluewire supercharged his 18RG. He's in Adelaide but has enough pics around so you can get an idea.

Most cost effective place would be your backyard. Otherwise ring around and prepare to be ass reamed without lube.
