ST141 Corona strut brace. Same as????

Good day Gentlemen,

I am looking for a new strut brace for a mate but have failed to find a listing for ST141 Corona specificly. Does anyone know if the front end is same as a more popular model to modify like AE82 or celica etc?

ra23-28 uses the same strut brace as st141-rt142

Really? I thought xt142x was very similar floorpan to xA6x Celica/Carina (seats rails identical for example, same engine options), and xA6x is wider than RA23/8...

ra23/28 and st141/rt142 share the same strut tops but have different struts. The coronas have a different angled stub axles so when you put xt130 struts into a st141/rt142 you gain around 3 deg neg camber.

Yes, but if the width between strut towers is considerably different, then a strut brace made for an RA28 for example won't necessarily fit an ST141 - even though the strut pattern may be the same. Saying that one will fit is a little misleading.

I know the strut brace in my RA65 (which was from an RA40) had to be modified to suit - the ends fit, the bar itself was far too short.

As far as st141-rt142 coronas are concerned, I know for a fact that I used an ra23/28 strut brace on my rt142.
