awsome project do0d!! weird coincidence, a family friend who is an auto electrition by the name of Geoff (precision auto electric, out Nowra way) tells me hes gunna be wiring up a V6 celica....wouldnt be this one would it??????????

im looking at it.........he wants a months notice..........prob is i need it done asap.......

i will give him a call this arvo to speak to him about it..........and getting exhaust done across the road at complete exhaust....

matter of fact he said a family friend was looking at doing this conversion.........would that be u????????

just curious is the radiator pipe alloy or something else? if i were you i'd really make sure you get an actual alloy pipe not the exhaust pipe. i did the same for a small section and she wasn't a pretty sight when i changed it 5000 kms later.

ok with all the wiring loom i just dropped off at auto eleci's......he shouldnt have any dramas at all wiring it all up now.......

i got an entire camry loom, engine, and entire body loom with al relays and fuses still attached,,,,,i even got the ciggarette lighter....still attached to the dash panel still attached to harness,,,,,,,,awesome......

my celica has been sitting at auto eleci's for nearly 2 weeks.......

rang him yesterday to check up on it........ he said he aint touched it yet.......

really dissapointed..... i got other shops lined up to do the other stuff i need done and he aint touched it yet....pppffftttt....... i seriously doubt his ability at the moment......

to hell with it....... more then likely will get the other shops to do the work they need to in the meantime .......and find someone else to wire it up..............

+1 its not that hard, as long as you work systematically and get it in your head that it isnt a big job, just a whole lot of small easy jobs, i know a 20v loom inside out and back to front now (i can tell you what it is just by the plug )

well proud to announce that the auto elctrician rang me on friday afternoon to inform me that the... job is done.... V6 is now wired in....... he has wired stock celica in dash tacho in..... so i guess i will have to get this calibrated...... anybody know where i can get this done........mechanic, or another auto elecy...............

Now it is off to the exhaust shop to get y-pipe merge made..... fill it with fluids........

and then listen to the purring of a V6 from the engine bay of a celica............woot woot.....
