Count me in for a definite table of 10 from the ACT Supra club. I'm trying to get another one.

Thanks Mitch for coordinating a table, and big thumbs up for bringing the family along!

Same to Ross, looking forward to having as many ACT Supra Club dudes along as possible

Please anybody feel free to pass the word around an invite whoever you like, the more the merrier, this is certainly not an 'exclusive' event for particular groups only.

Now some good news, I have flyers and booking forms ready to go, just uploading them to a website now so they can be linked. I can email these to anybody also, just drop me a PM with your address and i'll send them ASAP.

Thanks to the Hellenic club's support with discounted rates, we can now offer a better price on the event tickets at only $25 per person, including finger food and entry into the draw for lucky door prizes.

Payment for your table of up to 10 people will be required before the event, tickets can be collected at the door, or mailed to you if booked early.

Tell all your mates/family, this will be a fun night out with plenty of prizes up for grabs, and a heap of awesome auction items to grab a bargain (unless you want the Bondi Lifeguard experience, in which case you'll be battling with loads of excited women fighting for the winning bid )

    Cheers
    Phil

Hey Mitch, I'm putting together a table from work, should know in the next couple of days if it's a full 10.

can someone slide me into an existing table with a free spot?

    thanks

edit: and do I just transfer my individual $25 to the account on the flyer, or give it to the "head" of my table?

They have to accrew enough for nose reconstructions as well as feeding his mime family. The dont talk much so they never need much water for their dry mouths.

Easiest if you can give head, errr, or money to the head of your table for a single payment, but if it all gets too complicated we can work something out (not involving any head). Why did you have to mention head??

I can pay in advance if needed but will bring it on the night if I haven't been asked to pay prior.

Payment & confirmation before the night is required, so that we can finalise catering requirements.

No problem for you to just transfer your payment (rather than a full table) if need be, just make sure its clear with your name in the remittance field so we know which to match it up with

    Cheers

    [UPDATE]

The CanberraRIDERS bike club have kindly provided some development and hosting space for an information webpage about the Trivia Event. Check out the various links on the page here:

    http://bevan.canberrariders.org.au/

I'll try to update the page regularly with posts of thanks to the many businesses, celebrities and individuals that have provided goods, services or donations to support the Trivia night. Check back regularly to see some of the prizes that can be won, and the many auction items so you can grab a deal on the night!

    Cheers
