    Default 7MGTE clean out..

Hello Guys and Gals I Finally have a 7MGTE engine that works fine apart from a BHG which consited of water leaking into the cylinders not oil . now ive got it stripped apart as in head off and accessories. What is a good way to clean out the oil passages eg. oil squiters and stuff...i spoke to my mechainic mate who said to just change all the seals and chuck it in and let it idle for awhile with diesal oil.......

this engine had been sitting around for atleast 6 months....Ive got bearings, rings, pistons, gasket kit comming which on a spare 7M block.......
