swapping c52 gearbox

hi,
Im new to this forum and need advice on swapping over a c52 gearbox. Basically i need to know how hard it is and whats invovled. I have a second hand gearbox waiting to go in and have been quoted 300 bucks for some one to fit it with fluids and machined flywheel.
I will also put in another clutch while its all apart.
Im pretty handy with tools, but just want to know other peoples opinions.
any advice is much appreciated.

know what id suggest.... pay the $300 thats cheap given the work involved...

its not impossible but its just a decent bit of work.. esp without a hoist...
