yes i used normal solder and my butane flame thrower to heat the fitting and solder.

When I give it a hit you see a bit of smoke come out of the tailpipe. Blackish with Blue.

so it smokes when you give it some stick too? the whole time your on the loud pedal or just when you first tromp it?
how is your pcv plumbed now you've done the turbo conversion?
