Default Canberra doggy play date - 1pm Sunday Oct 19

So, a number of us have dogs who have never met, so let's get them together for some mayhem!

Uriarra off lead area seems the one everyone is keen on.

So let's organise a time and date!

They have to accrew enough for nose reconstructions as well as feeding his mime family. The dont talk much so they never need much water for their dry mouths.

Sundays, lunch time or early arvo are usually the time I take my dog out and about so that would generally suit me.

Is it going to be like a scene from born free when your dog is released back into the wild never to be seen again Gumby

I can play a recorder to add to the mood.

    Chubbs will follow suit.

    yeah, yeah it will be.....

i walked him for the first time without a lead the other week. it was awesome. we were on the bonython hill.... he would run off id call him. he'd come back, all was sweet...

until he saw a kangaroo. . . game over.

ended up giving up and walking home 3 hrs later, only to find him sitting on my door looking at me come up the driveway with a look as if to say, "well where the fuck have you been"

Mine loves the Kangaroo chase too but he realises after a couple of minutes he's not going to catch one and comes back. He just loves the chase as he thinks it a game.

Hopefully it's warm enough for the dogs to swim.

My boys do that as well. Now I don't bother waiting for them, I just leave the gate open when I get home.

Should we tentatively say 1pm Sunday 28th Sept?

Chubbs loves water.. After going round the lake he lays in the shallows panting,

we dont let him drink it though.
