20R camshaft in 18R engine?

does a 20R camshaft fit in a 18R engine?
does anyone know the specs on the stock 18R camshaft?

is there any difference on the carb bolt spacing? ( fitting a 20R 32/36 adapter plate on my 18R-C) ?

if your carby is a "round" inlet aisan branded carby, then the adaptor plate 'should' suit. The 20R camshaft is the same as the 21/22R and i'm 85% certain it wont fit.
