    Default power steering fluid

The instructions for the power steering system on our race car states not to
use ATF but only gives a GM Goodwrench part number for the fluid to use.
The OE fluid in Toyotas power steering is oil coloured and obviously not ATF.
Is there someone who works in a Toyota service department that can tell me what Toyota use.Is it a light hydraulic oil from a oil company or does it come in a Toyota labelled
bottle like Toyota coolant or what?

Dealers, in my experience (N.A.) use Dexron as a replacement for the original fluid.

This is also what is specified in the Owners Manual.
