Not too bad at all, I've got it ready to go back into the car, picture below. I ended up ditching the tacho drive from the 240z (as it was a positive trigger and friggen huge) and hacked up an after market tacho I had lying around the house (negative trigger and not requiring me to hack the shit out of the rear cluster housing).
I've even added a couple of shift light LEDs into the spot where the 240z indicator lights shown. First one will go green then orange, the second is a much brighter red
I'll post some more pics once I've got it back in the car, I'm just in the process of repairing the dash.
