CCG going to TOYOTA Nationals - 14 - 17 April 2006 (Easter LW)

OK We are getting organised for another assault on the TOYOTA Nationals this Easter. So far we already have 12 people booked in from Canberra, that I know of, with LOTS of others that are interested in going too.

We will be leaving Canberra on the Friday 14th at 8 am from the truck stop on the Barton Highway just out of Hall as per previous years. All are welcome to join in on the cruise as this is not just for CCG members. Accommodation is at the Matilda Motor Inn but rooms are filling fast. Alternatively there are other hotels or camping around Dubbo. Many CCGers have stayed at 'The Barracks' several years ago. Sort of a property a little out of town with blocks of basic rooms for about $12 per night and they had a ball.

You may try posting here to see who else wants to share a room at the Matilda as they are going fast. Or better still, book a room now and ask for people to share. We will update this information as details are confirmed.

We just got word that a cabin at the Matilda will be up for grabs. The guy should be cancelling his booking today so phone the Matilda if you are interested.

Yep Josh, hope to get all the Yota fans we can to leave at 8am on the Friday for a big cruise up to Dubbo!

We also have a share bed in our room so if anyone wants to buy in for only $65 for the 3 nights (pay as you go for food/drink etc). Either post here or email me ASAP (mitch@ canberracelica.org) and we can work something out. You can even ride along in Tweety if you dont have a ride! Just as another note, that room grant mentioned above, i have booked that out for myself and 2 friends. how ever it is a 4 person room, so we can have another person in, if anyone is interested. looks like we need 2 more people from canberra to fill these rooms.

is everybody set, i have a big week next week, have to replace all the oil seals on the side of the engine, cams, crank, and timing belt before i go, also oil change at some point, and buff all the paint off that still has orange peel.
